Working closely with you during the design stages to understand what you are looking for in a building, what you intend to use it for, and at what times of year. We build each of our buildings bespoke to your requirement - whether it’s a log store or a two room home gym and office, we can build you something that will meet your requirements and exceed your expectations. We can add underfloor heating, AV cabling, skylights, custom windows, bifold doors, green roofs and shingles to make your structure perfect for you. This process ensures we build something you will love and use to its fullest for a long time, this is an important part of our sustainability strategy.

Our team of craftspeople focus on quality and detail during the build process. This means more energy efficient, longer lasting buildings that are more comfortable to inhabit. Whilst on site we work efficiently and conscientiously to ensure the work is done as quickly and with as little disruption and mess as possible.

Following initial discussions, assuming no planning permission is required, we will get a quote and a 3D model of your building over to you within two weeks. Once you’re happy with the design and quote we take a deposit and book a date for the build. This will be at least 10 weeks in the future to ensure enough time for the windows to be made and materials to be ordered. A typical garden room build will take around 3-4 weeks for a two person team to construct on site.
